An Indigenous group says a decade-long partnership with a major construction company will significantly improve employment opportunities.

CareerTrackers says the deal with Leighton Contractors will help more Indigenous graduates into construction-related careers.

CareerTrackers CEO Michael Combs told Georgie Moore, the duration of the program is significant.
