Restraint urged after deadly attack on Jerusalem synagogue

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu says his country is facing a wave of terror focused on Jerusalem.

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu says his country is facing a wave of terror focused on Jerusalem.

He made the comments just hours after two Palestinian cousins from east Jerusalem staged an attack on a synagogue, leaving four rabbis and a police officer dead.

The two attackers were shot dead by police.

Mr Netanyahu has promised a harsh response to the attack but warned Israelis against taking the law into their own hands.
