Meteorologists make horrifying mock 2050 extreme weather reports

Meteorologists around the world have made shocking mock weather forecasts for the year 2050, based on the most recent climate science.

Meteorologist around the world have created mock 2050  weather forecasts, predicting regular extreme weather events, severe heatwaves and tourism in the ice-free Arctic.

The World Meteorology Organisation (WMO) invited television weather presenters to imagine a “weather report from the year 2050”.

What they created were only possible scenarios, and not actual forecasts, the WMO said.

The release of many videos coincides with the Lima Climate Change Conference this month, while many were uploaded to Youtube in September.
