The Australian wife of millionaire podiatrist Phillip Vasyli remains in a Caribbean jail after a judge rejected her new bid for bail.
In her first court appearance in The Bahamas earlier this week Donna Vasyli blew kisses and told supporters "I'll be out", but she was refused bail.
Her legal team went to the Supreme Court on Thursday and was unsuccessful again, the Bahamas Tribune reported.
Vasyli, 54, is accused of murdering her husband.
Mr Vasyli, 59, also an Australian, was found lifeless in the dining room of their luxury home in the exclusive gated community of Old Fort Bay in The Bahamas.
