A pregnant woman charged over the murder of Sydney man Dane McNeill has been granted bail after a court heard she's due to give birth in two weeks.
Lexy Jamieson, 24, applied for bail at Sydney's Supreme Court on Wednesday charged with conspiracy to murder and accessory after the fact to murder.
Jamieson's boyfriend Haysem Charbaji and his brother Azam have also been charged over the death, with police alleging they stabbed Mr McNeill to death before stuffing his body in a suitcase and setting it on fire in Sydney's southwest.
Mr McNeill's body was found dumped at Picnic Point in July last year three days after he went missing.
During Jamieson's bail application, the court heard the 24-year-old is due to give birth on May 25.

Prosecutor Cherie Roatz opposed bail, saying Jamieson posed an unacceptable risk of not showing up at court and reoffending.
She also submitted that she posed a risk to witnesses.
But Jamieson's mother Diane told the court that although her daughter had associated with gangs before, that it was "a long time ago".
If she caught her daughter breaching her bail conditions she would call the police, she added.
Justice Peter Hidden granted bail on the condition Jamieson have no contact with the Brothers 4 Life and Assyrian Kings gangs.
She was also told to stay away from the father of her unborn child and her co-accused Haysem Charbaji.
"She won't be seeing him I'm afraid," Justice Hidden said.
Jamieson, who appeared via AVL, was also ordered not to leave her mother's Guilford home unless in hospital giving birth, or otherwise in her company.
