Melbourne bridge covered in kitchen sinks

A footbridge over the Yarra River has been covered in kitchen sinks that appeared mysteriously overnight.

Melbourne's Southbank footbridge now has everything - including the kitchen sink.

Up to a dozen kitchen sinks were tied to the railing of the bridge overnight and included the hashtags #sinkthebridge and #prosh2015.

It's believed university pranskters are responsible for the sinks, with Prosh being a long time university tradition where teams compete for points by completing certain tasks on a list.
