The men were arrested at Gympie around 8pm on New Year's Eve, about 1200km south of the correctional facility.
Jackson, 31, has been charged with one count each of escaping lawful custody, evading paying a fare and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He was also charged with three counts of failing to stop while evading police.
Cobbo and Allen have both been charged with one count of escaping lawful custody.
All three men will face the Gympie Magistrates Court on January 4.
