Holden to review AFL deal with Magpies

The Eddie McGuire-Caroline Wilson controversy has prompted Holden to review its sponsorship deal with Collingwood.

Holden is reviewing its sponsorship deal with Collingwood because of the AFL controversy involving Magpies president Eddie McGuire and journalist Caroline Wilson.

It emerged late on Monday that the car maker has demanded a meeting with the club.

"Holden is engaging with Collingwood to directly express our disappointment and discuss the future of our sponsorship," the company posted on its official Twitter account.

Holden has the naming rights deal for Collingwood's multi-million dollar administration and training headquarters near the MCG.
