Schapelle Corby has shared a photograph from her hospital bed purportedly showing a broken leg.

Corby is seen wearing a hospital gown and sitting up in a hospital bed in the photo, which was posted to her Instagram profile on Thursday.

"Hi guys. This is why you havent seen me in a while..... #sickbay #brokenleg #brokenankle #brokenknee," she said to her nearly 200,000 followers.
Dozens of people wrote messages of support to Corby.

"Poor thing not what you need right now," one person said.

Corby left Bali last month, 12 years after she was convicted of smuggling more than four kilograms of marijuana into Bali in a boogie board bag.

She was sentenced to 20 years jail, but was granted clemency after just over nine years in Bali's Kerobokan jail.

Corby, who has always maintained her innocence, served her parole period on the tourist island before returning to Australia amid a huge media interest.
