"Liar, liar, pants on fire". This is just one of a wave of user-generated responses to an interview on Fox News political show "Hannity", in which Ms Conway discussed revelations the son of the US President had met with a Russian lawyer during the 2016 election.
Another user referenced Donald Trump's recent trip to Paris, in which he commented on the looks of the French first lady, Brigitte Macron.
Donald Trump Jr said he organised the meeting because he believed he would be provided with harmful information concerning rival Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
US President Donald Trump has defended his son, calling him a victim of the "greatest witch-hunt in political history".
The news has also added weight to claims of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, which have dogged the Trump administration.
In an effort to explain the incident, during the interview Ms Conway held up a placard with “conclusion” and “collusion” written on it.
“What’s the conclusion?” she said.
Crossing out one of the words, she then asked “collusion? No, we don’t have that yet.”
Next she held up another placard.
“I see illusion and delusion,” she said.
Ms Conway then compared the cards to Sesame Street’s 'Word of the Day' segment.
She later tweeted a link to an article about her interview with the line “apologies to the humourless”.
Soon after, users began posting their own versions of the adviser’s flashcards with the hashtag #kellycards.
Some people concentrated on gaffes made by the administration, such as the size of the crowd at Mr Trump's administration.
While others brought up some of Ms Conway's own blunders.
Several users also poked fun at controversies that have plagued Mr Trump's presidency.
None of the responses however appeared to come from Trump supporters.
