Four dead in two separate NSW crashes

Four people have been killed in two separate accidents in Lake Macquarie and the Riverina region

Four people have died in two separate accidents in NSW overnight.

Two people died a fiery death when their car caught fire, reportedly after striking a power pole on Marconi Road, in the Lake Macquarie suburb of Morisset.

The bodies of the driver and a passenger were found in the vehicle after the fire was put out early on Saturday morning.

In the second incident, two men were killed when their ute overturned in a paddock.

A search was mounted late on Friday night after they failed to arrive at an event on a private property near Booroorban in the Riverina region.

The men, aged 27 and 25, were found outside the vehicle. Both men died at the scene.
