Amnesty International says it's yet to confirm whether North Korea has made good on its commitment to allow a prisoner amnesty.

Human rights group Amnesty International says it's yet to confirm whether North Korea has made good on its commitment to allow a prisoner amnesty.

 

Last month, the North Korea's state news agency announced the measure in honour of the late Kim Jong-il.

 

But Amnesty's Sam Zarifi has told Greg Dyett, it is not known if the amnesty has taken place.
