The winner of the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is... Sweden!

Måns Zelmerlöw takes the coveted trophy for Sweden at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.

It was an exciting evening at the Wiener Stadthalle where in front of thousands of people in the arena and millions watching from around the world, Måns Zelmerlöw from Sweden won the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest with the song 'Heroes'!

Måns stormed to victory with an amazing 365 points. In second place was Polina Gagarin from Russia with 'A Million Voices' which scored 303 points. In third place was Il Volo from Italy with Grande Amore which scored 292 points.

Our own Guy Sebastian took out fifth place with 'Tonight Again' which scored 196 points.
