On Monday, the 18th of April the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) held a seminar to explore the opportunities for Australian practitioners arising out of the 23rd International Congress for Commercial Arbitrations (ICCA) to be held in Mauritius between the 8th and the 11th of May 2016.With an emerging economy and quality infrastructure, Mauritius is growing in importance as a financial trade and global business hub. Mauritius is also well positioned as the gateway to Africa for Australian and Asian investors.
