Hana Assafiri, head cook and owner of the Moroccan Soup Bar in Melbourne, released cookbook of the wonderful vegetarian dishes served every night at the restaurant.  The Moroccan Soup Bar: Recipes of a Spoken Menu and a Little Bit of Spice is not just a cookbook, it is a story of culture and way of life.  Iman Riman spoke to Hana about the book and her philosophy in life.
