German pastries - delicious and much healthier

German flour as a basis for various pastries is much healthier then the Australian one, says baker Thomas Becker, who´s been running the "Brezelbar" in Manly for 4 years. Initially with mainly European customers, but today with a large number of Australian ones as well.
