New reshuffled Greek cabinet takes oath; bi-communal Cyprus talks in Switzerland

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras reshuffled government took the oath on Saturday 5 November 2016 to continue its work, and as Mr Tsipras has said, the face of his new government is characterized by the many changes as well as the young people within the cabinet. The main opposition party of New Democracy is cynical about this event. Meanwhile both Cypriot leaders will be meeting on Monday 7 November in Switzerland to commence the long-awaited negotiations that may offer a solution to the Cypriot issue. Lastly, great Greek businessman Andreas Vgenopoulos has died at the age of 63 from a heart attack.
