Great Minds is a podcast from SBS Audio that guides you through different meditation styles from around the world.
In season one, we introduced you to meditations based on the practices of Yoga Nidra, Ho'oponopono, Qigong, Shinrin-yoku, Hilot and Wayapa Wuurrk.
In season two, experience meditations led by practitioners of Ngarayamūrah, Mettā, Vipassana, Tibetan Tonglen, and sound bath meditation.
Try three short episodes in each style, coming weekly from Tuesday October 3. Each meditation is around 15 minutes long so they'll fit easily into your day.
The episodes are made to give you a taste of different meditation styles so you can find what works for you, whether you’ve been meditating for years, or this is your first time.
