If you've listened to any of our three sound bath meditations, get to know your guide Natalie Grace in this conversation with Sarah Malik. Learn about Natalie's work, and the benefits of music therapy and sound meditation.

Natalie Grace runs Music, Meditation, Motivation on Sydney's north shore. She is a highly qualified and experienced Sound Therapist and meditation teacher, integrating a range of modalities to create balance, relaxation and activation.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Natalie completed a degree in Music at Princeton University, worked as a musician and singing teacher in Italy, and then found herself back in Sydney. The challenge of juggling motherhood and a corporate job led to burnout, and Natalie found her calling in the wellness and community sectors. She is an associate teacher and tutor with Sound Healing Academy, and leads sound therapy sessions in hospitals, disability care centres and special-needs primary schools.
