In this guided meditation, Wallace Lee introduces you to a Tibetan meditation practice called Tonglen, which is based in the concept of giving and receiving compassion. This episode explores the theme of reconnecting to the love within us, unsealing the spring of love and compassion that is inherent and limitless in all of us.

The reason why sometimes we find it difficult to give love, is because we find it difficult to receive love... As a result, the spring of love and compassion within us has become blocked, but we can unseal that spring.
Wallace Lee

Tonglen is a meditation practice found in Tibetan Buddhism. The word Tonglen means 'giving and taking' or sending and receiving. Wallace Lee is an instructor with Rigpa Australia, a network of Tibetan Buddhist Meditation centres around Australia. The Tibetan word ‘rigpa’ means natural, pristine awareness.
