Mark Mariano is an award-winning Filipino writer and content creator from Blacktown, in western Sydney, on Darug land. Proudly queer, Mark’s work spans across SBS, iHeartRadio, BuzzFeed Australia, Sweatshop and ABC. Formerly on the SBS Food team, he has also written for SBS Voices, SBS Guide and SBS PopAsia. In 2025, he featured in SBS' Tell Me What You Really Think alongside Marc Fennell.
