SBS, in conjunction with Lateral Events, presents The Tour On Stage - an insider’s conversation into the triumphs, tribulations and euphoria of pursuing the maillot jaune.

Phil Liggett, the voice of cycling, will hold court with the indomitable Jens Voigt, who retired last year after 17 years as a professional cyclist.

Hear from some of the most experienced and accomplished riders in world cycling as they dissect the sport, the riders, the tours and share untold stories; giving an unparalleled insight into professional riding.

Supported by footage from some of the most poignant moments of professional cycling, this will be a unique evening dedicated to cycle enthusiasts at which audience members can ask questions live on stage.
 
If you forgo sleep throughout July then you will love this event. The Tour on Stage is a rare opportunity for passionate cycling fans all over the country to sit down with icons of the sport they love.
