Daughter of Sierra Leone. She survived years as a sex slave and escaped to Australia as a refugee. Aminata Conteh-Biger cant change the past but now shes ready to help the future of her homeland, which has become the worlds most dangerous place to give birth.


On the eve of International Women's Day, Aminata discusses with Martin Kwakwa her project of lifting the standard of maternal and infant health in her former homeland.
