Queen Elizabeth the Second has spoken of a "bumpy" year in 2019 which is being seen as a reference to the tortuous Brexit process as well as to Prince Andrew's withdrawal from public duties because of the publicity over his friendship with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
