Australia and Singapore will work towards a two-way travel bubble, similar to the New Zealand arrangement, with a view to bring back international students as quickly as possible.
Scott Morrison and his Singaporean counterpart have also discussed the rise of China during which Canberra was urged to find common ground with Beijing.
