Balkan countries frustrated at Ukraine's fast-tracked EU membership

The European Union’s decision to grant candidate status to Ukraine and Moldova made headlines. But it's added to the anguish of countries in the Western Balkans - Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. Nearly 20 years ago they were all promised EU membership - but they're still languishing in limbo.
