Canberra: the week in review 19 October

The Federal Government was forced to admit an embarrassing error in the Senate this week after it endorsed a motion saying it is okay to be white. One Nation leader Pauline Hanson had brought forward the motion. Then, within 24 hours, Prime Minister Scott Morrison caused global headlines after saying he was considering moving Australia's embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
