Deal signed to make mRNA vaccines in Australia

Vaccine manufacturer Moderna has signed an in-principle agreement with the Commonwealth and the Victorian Government to produce mRNA [[m-r-n-a]] vaccines domestically. Up to 100 million vaccines could be manufactured each year by 2024 at a new facility in Victoria.
