Global coronavirus infections on track to surpass 31 million; one million deaths

Coronavirus cases rise significantly in large portions of the world, from the United States to Spain, France, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. Millions of people are being warned to prepare for a new round of curfews and restrictions to public and private life. It comes as the global number of recorded infections is on track to surpass 31 million and the death toll approaches one million.
