OSCE/ODIHR publishes report on Albanian elections

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission Klement Zguri gave a statement on the final report of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission on the Parliamentary elections of June 25 in Albania that came out on Thursday. According to him, the Report indicates that, Notwithstanding these constraints, the CEC implemented its core tasks. Zguri declared that CEC feels evaluated by this assessment. It creates a solid foundation to move successfully ahead. The Report highlights especially transparency in the activity of CEC, said Zguri while adding that transparency is the source of the institutions strength and they felt pleased that even the observers noticed this quality.
