PM says there must be a cost to Russia's actions

Prime Minister Scott Morrison concedes that sanctions imposed on Russia are unlikely to do much, but that Australia stands in solidarity with the Ukraine. He says there must be a cost to Moscow's actions, indicating more sanctions could come.
