Prime Minister apologises for aged care coronavirus failures

Australia has reported its youngest death from COVID-19 with a man in his 20s one of Victoria's latest 14 fatalities from the virus. The state has reported another 372 cases with New South Wales another nine as authorities express confidence the peak of the second wave has passed.
