Victorian government takes extreme measures to subdue COVID-19 outbreaks

Over a thousand police have been recruited to 36 Melbourne suburbs that have gone back into coronavirus lockdowns. The heavy law and order presence comes as the Victorian government takes extreme measures to subdue dozens of COVID-19 outbreaks.
