The week in politics is ending with the Coalition's signature energy policy before the state governments in a crucial meeting. The National Energy Guarantee needs the approval of the states and the Coalition partyroom if it is ever to become a reality. And aside from energy politics, one of Labor's star recruits at the last election announced she'd resign after weeks of scandalous allegations.
