23 people were killed in a bombing targeting the headquarters of an Islamic group in northwestern Syria

23 people, including seven civilians, were killed Sunday evening in a bombing targeting a headquarters of Asian fighters fighting alongside Islamic group in the northwestern Syrian city of Idlib, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
