4 killed in a “terrorist” attack in Belgium

Police have revealed a man who shot dead two police and a bystander in the Belgium city of Liege was on two days leave from prison.

Police have revealed a man who shot dead two police and a bystander in the Belgium city of Liege  was on two days leave from prison

In what's been described as an act of terrorism, the knife-wielding attacker stabbed the female officers before fatally shooting them and a passenger in a nearby car

Crown Prosecutor Philippe Dulieu says the two officers - aged 45 and 53 and one the mother of twins -  were stabbed several times.
