NSW Police confirmed a woman died after she jumped from Sydney Tower during a tour on the most popular attraction sites in Sydney.
The suicide has traumatised people on the scene including visitors, emergency crew members and police members.
NSW Police comfirmed that support will be provided to those who witnessed the accident.
