After the successful cloning of dogs and monkeys, are we closer to human cloning?

One of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood, Barbra Streinsand, opened up about cloning her dog Samantha in an interview with Variety. Last year, we also heard about the successful cloning of two monkeys. Does this mean we are one step closer to cloning humans? what are the consequences and s it ethical?
