Amendments to US policy to arm the Kurds in Syria
A Kurdish official said Washington would make "changes" in handing over weapons to Syrian Democratic Forces, the Arab-Kurdish alliance that is fighting ISIS with the support of Washington, the Pentagon confirmed.
