'Camouflaging' domestic violence with makeup, TV show apologises

A Moroccan morning television show has apologised for a "completely inappropriate" segment that told female viewers they could deal with domestic violence by concealing the signs of abuse with makeup. TV show Sabahiyat on station 2M ran the segment with makeup artist Lilia Mouline about how to "camouflage traces of violence", just days before International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
