Checkpoints, hardship and cancer! This is Gaza

The World Health Organisation (WHO) says in the last few years there has been a clear decline in the approval rates for Gaza patients' companions, which includes children's parents. In 2012, WHO says 83 per cent of applications for companion permits were approved. But in July 2016, only 57.5 per cent of applications were approved
