A child in the care of the Northern Territory Government did not attend school for six years and no relevant authority intervened.

A child who has been in foster care for six years was transferred for more than six years, she was also denied her right to health care.

No relevant authority explained to the girl the reason why she was moving from one foster family to another.

The Royal Commission has been listening to the case of the girl who has been transferred to more than 50 foster families with 12 case managers.
