Dingo mauls boy, woman on Queensland's Fraser Island

A dingo has mauled a boy and a woman not far from a similar attack on a child on Queensland's Fraser Island.

A dingo has attacked a boy and a woman on Fraser Island, not far from where another child was mauled about five weeks ago.

The nine-year-old boy and a woman, 24, were attacked at Eurong, on the eastern side of the island on Thursday afternoon.

They are recovering after being flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, suffering bite wounds.
