Facebook needs 'a few years' to fix problems: Zuckerberg

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg says it will take years to fix Facebook's problems with election meddling and privacy, side-effects that were never anticipated.

Some analysts have said that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has made promises to make the service more transparent in the past.
