After the death of the Australian Ironman Dean Mercer from a sudden heart attack, health experts issued a warning for people above the age of 40 to avoid heavy exercises and limit their fitness routine to 3 to 5 hours a week. If they push their bodies too hard, they might put themselves at risk of developing heart problems.
