How do you prefer your coffee?

A cup of coffee served in a china cup will contain around 150ml, but a coffee in a large takeaway cup could be up to 500ml, which combined with milk and extra shots of espresso could be a real problem. Excess caffeine is associated with sleep disorders, headaches, heart palpitations and even anxiety. Count the coffee calories: Black coffee: around three calories Small coffee with low-fat milk: 70-80 calories Small coffee with whole milk: 120-150 calories Small coffee with low-fat milk with caramel syrup added: 150 calories The type of milk we drink can also make huge difference, as whole milk contains almost double the calories of low-fat milk, and depending on how many cups a day you consume, it can add up.
