How Julie Bishop became the most powerful woman in Australia

JULIE Bishop has topped the Australian Women’s Weekly Power List for 2016, moving up a spot on last year.

And there’s some surprising movements on the annual list with Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk jumping from 14 in 2015 to second spot this year.
