Emergency personnel at the scene after a large explosion at a military owned petrochemical plant near Cairo International Airport, Cairo, Egypt, early 13 July 2018. Twelve people were injured in the blast in Joseph Tito Street, Cairo's Heliopolis district. No deaths have been reported. According to a military spokesman the explosion was caused by the hot weather.
