Mohamed Salah achieves a "dream" and crowns the 2017 African Player of the Year award

Egypt's Mohamed Salah had an "incredible" year, raising star in English Premier League, qualifying with Egypt team to 2018 World Cup, and ended it with 2017 African Football Confederation award, which he said was a "dream".
