More men cry at work than women

• Adobe surveyed 1,500 US office workers on their thoughts about work reviews
• 62% said that they thought they were an outdated way of managing performance
• Men had stronger reactions than women, with 25% saying they've cried, and 28% saying they have quit after a performance review
